Join the Crew and Flourish This April.

April is a window. Winter is finally behind you. Spring energy is here. For a few short weeks, it feels easier to get outside and move.
But good intentions fade fast without a plan.
That’s why we created the Canada Blooms Run: a month-long challenge to turn spring motivation into a clear, trackable routine you can actually stick to.
From April 1 to April 30, you’ll walk, run, or hike your way across Canada, unlocking virtual postcards with the official flowers of all 13 provinces and territories, plus one final finisher milestone.
It keeps you moving with:
Walk into May feeling proud, energized, and in motion.

How it Works

Choose your Challenge & Move
Every step you take is one more win towards your goals.
Pick the distance that fits your lifestyle, your current routine, and the kind of April you want to have.
Whether you’re building momentum or chasing a bigger goal, there’s a challenge for you.

Track Your Progress & Unlock the Blooms
Because what gets tracked, gets done.
Log your activity in our interactive dashboard — manually or by syncing your fitness tracker or smartwatch.
At specific milestones, you'll unlock the official flower of each province and territory, learning its history and official name.

Earn Your Medal & Finisher Swag
Your effort. Your victory. A meaningful reward.
When you cross your finish line, you’ll receive a limited-edition medal — a symbol of your resilience — plus your exclusive SWAG pack to commemorate the journey.
Display it proudly: you started the year strong, stayed consistent, and proved that winter can’t stop you.

“This challenge kept me moving when I wanted to hibernate.”
“I’ve never felt more supported in a virtual event.”
According to over 12,000 participants, the two things that make our challenges special are:

1. Because April is the window
Not winter anymore. Not summer yet. This is the month when momentum is easiest to build - and easiest to waste. The Canada Blooms Run helps you take advantage of the season before it slips by.
2. Because a goal makes spring more powerful
Most people already want to be more active. What they need is a reason to keep showing up. A challenge gives shape to your effort and turns intention into action.
3. Because accountability changes everything
It’s easier to follow through when you can see your progress, unlock milestones, and move alongside others doing the same. The Bloom Crew helps you stay connected to the version of you that wants this.
4. Because you gamify your fitness
Earning 14 distinct digital milestones creates a powerful psychological loop that makes you want to lace up your shoes and see what flower you unlock next.
5. Because you learn while you burn
Combine physical health with a mental boost. Discover the rich history and beautiful imagery of Canada’s 14 provincial and territorial official flowers along your virtual route.
6. Because you deserve to feel proud this spring
At the end of April, you won’t just have exercised more. You’ll have built momentum, finished something meaningful, and earned a medal and finisher pack that represent a month well spent.
